Scalefusion OneIdP vs OneLogin

Scalefusion OneIdP

Scalefusion OneIdP is a cloud identity and access management suite from Scalefusion, a product of ProMobi Technologies in Pune, India, introduced in December 2023. It combines a directory, device or endpoint authentication, multi-factor authentication, SAML and OIDC single sign-on, conditional access policies and just-in-time admin elevation, all administered from the Scalefusion dashboard. Users can be imported from Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, PingOne or on-premises Active Directory, or held in an inbuilt directory on a free oneidp.com subdomain. It is delivered as SaaS and is sold as a separate subscription from Scalefusion UEM plans, with a 14-day free trial and no setup fee according to the vendor pricing FAQ.

Pros
  • Vendor states access decisions can use device management state and UEM compliance signals from Scalefusion own endpoint products, keeping identity and device checks in one console
  • Works alongside existing identity providers, with documented integration for Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, PingOne and on-premises AD, as well as supplying its own directory for organisations without one
  • Covers desktop login and privileged access as well as app SSO: just-in-time admin elevation and LAPS run on Windows and macOS, per the official pricing feature list
  • Scalefusion compliance page states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, with a downloadable ISO certificate and stated HIPAA business associate and GDPR positions
