What is AUMOVIO SE?

AUMOVIO SE is a German automotive technology company covering vehicle electronics, software-defined systems and mobility solutions. It was the Automotive group sector of Continental AG until it was spun off as an independent company and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 18 September 2025. Its cybersecurity work is organised around a five-layer model spanning the individual ECU, internal vehicle communication, external communication interfaces, secure fleet management, and cybersecurity governance. Offerings include ECU and network protection, intrusion detection and prevention for vehicle Ethernet and CAN networks, AI-based anomaly detection, secure over-the-air updates, a vehicle security operations centre, and threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA). Its Elektrobit subsidiary supplies AUTOSAR and Linux operating system software including cryptographic components.
